นโยบายการคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า 

บทนำ
นโยบายการรับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินนี้กำหนดเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดที่ลูกค้าสามารถคืนผลิตภัณฑ์และขอคืนเงินได้ โดยการซื้อสินค้าของเรา คุณยอมรับที่จะปฏิบัติตามนโยบายนี้

นโยบายการรับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า
  1.ทางเรายินดีรับเปลี่ยนสินค้า ภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับตั้งแต่ลูกค้าเซ็นต์รับสินค้านั้นแล้ว หากเกินจากวันเวลาดังกล่าวแล้ว ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า

  2.ลูกค้าสามารถขอเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าโดยลูกค้าจะต้องทำการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัทฯโดยที่สินค้าที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยน/คืนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ชำรุดเสียหายจากการใช้งาน
  3. ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีออกค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งทั้งหมด หลังจากลูกค้าส่งสินค้ากลับคืนมาเรียบร้อยแล้ว
  4.กรณีที่สินค้าไม่มีในคลัง (SOLD OUT) ทางบริษัทฯจะรับคืนเป็นเงินแทนตัวสินค้า

สภาพสินค้าต้องไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ รวมถึงป้ายราคา ป้ายยี่ห้อสินค้า เอกสารคู่มือต่างๆยังคงอยู่ และบรรจุ ในหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้านั้นๆ ในสภาพเดียวกันกับสภาพที่บริษัทฯ นำส่งต่อลูกค้าพร้อมแสดงหลักฐานในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า

ซึ่งลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าตามกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
2.1 จัดส่งสินค้าผิดให้กับลูกค้า อ้างอิงตามหลักฐานใบสั่งซื้อ
2.2 จัดส่งสินค้าที่มีสภาพชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า ให้กับลูกค้า

บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าที่ลูกค้าส่งกลับคืนมาก่อนจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้แก่ลูกค้า

ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าคืนทุกกรณี เช่น ลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือลูกค้าสั่งซื้อสินค้าผิด
บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใต้นโยบายและเงื่อนไขตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดเท่านั้น

**หมายเหตุ**
  1.ลูกค้ากรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของนโยบายและเงื่อนไขต่างๆก่อนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทุกครั้งเนื่องจากการรับประกันของสินค้าแต่ละรายการอาจมีความแตกต่างกันดังนั้นลูกค้าจะต้องตรวจสอบนโยบายการรับประกันสินค้าที่ต้องการสั่งซื้อก่อนทำการซื้อสินค้า

  2.ในกรณีสินค้าเกิดการชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าโดยทันทีที่พบ ตามช่องทางเพจ Facebook หรือเบอร์โทร ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.30น.– 17.30น. ทุกวัน (ยกเว้นวันอาทิตย์ และวันหยุดตามที่ราชการกำหนด)

ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
เริ่มต้นการคืนสินค้า: ติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของเราผ่านอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์เพื่อขอหมายเลขการอนุมัติการคืนสินค้า (RMA)

บรรจุสินค้า: บรรจุสินค้ากลับในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริมและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ส่งสินค้า: ส่งพัสดุกลับไปยังที่อยู่ที่ระบุพร้อมหมายเลข RMA
การประมวลผลการคืนสินค้า: เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าที่ส่งคืน จะมีการตรวจสอบ หากได้รับการอนุมัติ จะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7 วันทำการ

นโยบายการคืนเงิน
จำนวนเงินคืน: เงินคืนจะถูกออกให้ตามราคาสินค้า ไม่รวมค่าจัดส่ง
วิธีการคืนเงิน: เงินคืนจะถูกดำเนินการผ่านวิธีการชำระเงินเดิมที่ใช้ในการซื้อ กรุณารอเวลาเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการคืนเงินที่สะท้อนในบัญชีของคุณ
การคืนเงินล่าช้า: หากคุณยังไม่ได้รับเงินคืน กรุณาตรวจสอบบัญชีธนาคารของคุณอีกครั้ง และติดต่อบริษัทบัตรเครดิตของคุณ

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยน นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงินนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะถูกโพสต์บนเว็บไซต์ของเรา และนโยบายที่อัปเดตจะมีผลทันทีเมื่อโพสต์

Returns & Refunds Policy

Introduction

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers can return products and request refunds. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with this policy.

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the product. If this period is exceeded, we reserve the right not to accept returns/exchanges.

Customers can request a return/exchange by shipping the product back to us. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.

We will cover all shipping costs once the product has been returned to us.

If the product is out of stock (SOLD OUT), we will issue a refund instead of an exchange.

Products must remain unchanged, including price tags, brand labels, manuals, and original packaging, in the same condition as when delivered, along with proof of purchase.

Customers can return/exchange products in the following cases:
2.1 Incorrect product delivered, based on the order proof.
2.2 Damaged or defective product received, non-functional upon receipt.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing a new product to the customer.

We do not accept returns in cases such as dissatisfaction with the product, desire to exchange, or incorrect product orders. Returns are only accepted under our specified policy and conditions.

Note:

Customers are advised to review the policy and terms before purchasing as warranties may vary between products. Ensure to check the warranty policy of the product before purchasing.

In case of damaged, defective, or non-functional products upon receipt, please contact customer service immediately through Facebook or phone from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM daily, except Sundays and public holidays.

Return Procedure

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Product: Repack the product in its original packaging along with accessories and related documents.
Ship Product: Send the package back to the specified address with the RMA number.
Return Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Policy

Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Delayed Refunds: If you have not received a refund, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company.
Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Claim and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
