Product Warranty Coverage

1. Customers must register their product warranty on the company's website within 7-30 days from the purchase date. The serial number, warranty sticker, receipt, and contact information are required.
2. For exchanges or claims, the request must be made within 7 days of successful purchase, with all accessories and original packaging intact. The product must be free from damage and undergo approval by the company.
3. Warranty claims cover only defects caused by manufacturing issues. Damage caused by rust, water stains, accidents, drops, burns, electric shocks, unauthorized repairs, improper usage, or modifications will not be eligible for warranty service.
4. Products sent for warranty claims must include all original accessories and packaging. Missing items or altered serial numbers will void the warranty.
5. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) showing the purchase date is required for all warranty claims.
6. If a product is out of warranty, repair services may still be available for a service fee.

1. สินค้าต้องมีการลงทะเบียนประกันสินค้าในเว็บไซด์ของบริษัท ภายใน 7-30 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า โดยใช้หมายเลขประจำสินค้า (Serial Number) หรือสติ๊กเกอร์ประกันสินค้าจากร้าน ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และข้อมูลติดต่อของลูกค้า (ในการแนบไฟล์ภาพ กรณีลูกค้าสั่งซื้อทางช่องทางออนไลน์และไม่มีใบเสร็จ ลูกค้าสามารถใช้เป็นภาพแคปหน้าจอที่เห็นหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและวันที่ให้ชัดเจนแทนได้)

2. กรณีเปลี่ยน/เคลมสินค้า สินค้าต้องอยู่ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วันหลังการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ และต้องมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วน รวมถึงกล่องสินค้า ซึ่งต้องไม่มีร่องรอยความเสียหาย และผ่านการพิจารณาจากทางบริษัทแล้วว่าเข้าข่ายการเคลมสินค้า

3. สินค้าที่ทำการเคลม จะต้องเกิดอาการเสียจากตัวสินค้าเองเท่านั้น กรณีเกิดจากสนิม คราบน้ำ ความเสียหายอันเนื่องจากสัตว์ แตก บุบ ไหม้ ช็อต อุบัติเหตุภายนอกที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากตัวสินค้า มีการงัด แงะ แกะ ดัดแปลงหรือซ่อมแซม อาการเสียที่เกิดจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ถูกประเภท เป็นต้น ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาการเคลมโดยบริษัทถือเป็นอันสิ้นสุด

4. สินค้าที่ทำการส่งเคลมต้องมีอุปกรณ์และกล่องครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ หากอุปกรณ์สูญหายอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือหมายเลขประจำสินค้า (Serial Number) สติกเกอร์การรับประกันไม่สมบูรณ์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเคลมทุกกรณี โดยในการส่งเคลมทุกครั้ง จะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาว่าเข้าข่ายการเคลมของทางบริษัทโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางบริษัทเท่านั้น

5. ในการเคลมสินค้า ต้องมีเอกสารประกอบการเคลมเป็นหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าที่เห็นวันที่ เดือน และปีที่สั่งซื้อชัดเจน

6. กรณีต้องการส่งสินค้าซ่อมเมื่อสินค้าหมดประกัน จะมีค่าบริการในการตกลงซ่อม
