Warranty & Claim Policy

Warranty Conditions:

1. The product must be registered on the manufacturer’s website within 7-30 days from the purchase date. Registration requires the serial number, warranty sticker, purchase receipt, and customer contact details. If purchased online without a physical receipt, a screenshot of the order number and date will be accepted.
2. Products can be exchanged or claimed within 7 days after purchase if they remain in perfect condition, with all accessories and packaging intact, and meet the company's claim criteria.
3. The warranty covers malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects only. Claims will not be accepted for damages due to rust, water damage, animal interference, impact, burns, electrical shorts, accidents, modifications, or incorrect usage. The company reserves the right to assess and finalize all claims.
4. Claims require the complete product package, including all accessories. Missing items or an unreadable serial number/warranty sticker will result in claim denial.
5. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (with a visible date) when making a claim.
6. If the warranty period has expired, repair services may be available for a service fee.

เงื่อนไขการเคลมสินค้า

1. สินค้าต้องมีการลงทะเบียนประกันสินค้าในเว็บไซด์ของบริษัท ภายใน 7-30 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า โดยใช้หมายเลขประจำสินค้า (Serial Number) หรือสติ๊กเกอร์ประกันสินค้าจากร้าน ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และข้อมูลติดต่อของลูกค้า (ในการแนบไฟล์ภาพ กรณีลูกค้าสั่งซื้อทางช่องทางออนไลน์และไม่มีใบเสร็จ ลูกค้าสามารถใช้เป็นภาพแคปหน้าจอที่เห็นหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและวันที่ให้ชัดเจนแทนได้)

2. กรณีเปลี่ยน/เคลมสินค้า สินค้าต้องอยู่ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วันหลังการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ และต้องมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วน รวมถึงกล่องสินค้า ซึ่งต้องไม่มีร่องรอยความเสียหาย และผ่านการพิจารณาจากทางบริษัทแล้วว่าเข้าข่ายการเคลมสินค้า

3. สินค้าที่ทำการเคลม จะต้องเกิดอาการเสียจากตัวสินค้าเองเท่านั้น กรณีเกิดจากสนิม คราบน้ำ ความเสียหายอันเนื่องจากสัตว์ แตก บุบ ไหม้ ช็อต อุบัติเหตุภายนอกที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากตัวสินค้า มีการงัด แงะ แกะ ดัดแปลงหรือซ่อมแซม อาการเสียที่เกิดจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ถูกประเภท เป็นต้น ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาการเคลมโดยบริษัทถือเป็นอันสิ้นสุด

4. สินค้าที่ทำการส่งเคลมต้องมีอุปกรณ์และกล่องครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ หากอุปกรณ์สูญหายอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือหมายเลขประจำสินค้า (Serial Number) สติกเกอร์การรับประกันไม่สมบูรณ์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเคลมทุกกรณี โดยในการส่งเคลมทุกครั้ง จะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาว่าเข้าข่ายการเคลมของทางบริษัทโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางบริษัทเท่านั้น

5. ในการเคลมสินค้า ต้องมีเอกสารประกอบการเคลมเป็นหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้าที่เห็นวันที่ เดือน และปีที่สั่งซื้อชัดเจน

6. กรณีต้องการส่งสินค้าซ่อมเมื่อสินค้าหมดประกัน จะมีค่าบริการในการตกลงซ่อม
